Shipping policy

It takes three to ten working days for delivery from the date the order was placed (excluding holidays).

You will receive an email containing all the necessary information relating to the delivery.

Shipping and handling charges are determined based on the value of your order, before taxes and special offers are calculated.

We do countrywide delivery in Canada and in the USA.

Standard 3-4 working days ( note that there might be some changes due to COVID-19).

Returns and exchanges

You may return eligible items to us for a full refund in the original payment method or an exchange within 30 days of the delivered date.

Merchandise must be unworn and have original tags attached.

All sale items are final sales and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
